Quality Control

At China Loong Computer Co., Ltd., quality control is integrated into every stage of our manufacturing and supply process. We support international business customers with a broad range of computer products, including desktop computers, mini PCs, industrial computers, embedded computers, all-in-one computers, laptops, workstations, servers, barebone systems, and related wiring accessories such as nylon cable ties and stainless steel cable ties. Our quality approach focuses on product consistency, functional reliability, accurate specifications, and suitability for the intended application.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and components are reviewed before they enter production or assembly. Inspection activities are carried out according to purchase requirements, product specifications, and internal inspection standards. Depending on the product, checks may include model and quantity verification, external condition, dimensions, materials, connector configuration, electrical characteristics, and compatibility with the approved design.

• Verification of component models, quantities, labels, and supporting documentation.
• Visual inspection for damage, contamination, deformation, or other visible defects.
• Dimensional and material checks for structural parts, cable ties, wiring accessories, and other hardware.
• Review of critical computer components such as memory, storage devices, processors, power supplies, cooling systems, displays, and input devices.
• Identification and controlled handling of materials that do not meet the applicable requirements.

2. In-Process Quality Control

During assembly and production, quality checks are performed at appropriate process stages to help maintain consistent workmanship and product configuration. Our teams follow defined work instructions and product-specific requirements for computer systems, laptops, industrial computing equipment, and related accessories.

• Confirmation of correct component installation, cable routing, fastening, and connection.
• Inspection of assembly quality, enclosure fit, alignment, surface condition, and overall workmanship.
• Verification of BIOS, operating system, firmware, or configuration requirements where applicable.
• Process checks for power-on performance, interface operation, cooling, storage, memory recognition, and other defined functions.
• Control of product identification, revision information, and configuration details throughout production.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Before release, finished products are inspected against the applicable order requirements and product specifications. The inspection scope is adjusted to the product type and intended use, whether the shipment includes office computers, gaming computers, student laptops, touchscreen laptops, thin and light laptops, servers, workstations, mini PCs, or customized industrial systems.

• Visual inspection of the enclosure, display, keyboard, ports, labels, and accessories.
• Functional testing of startup, display output, input devices, network interfaces, USB ports, audio, storage, and other specified features.
• Verification of system configuration, dimensions, power requirements, and included components.
• Inspection of cable ties and wiring accessories for material, size, finish, closure, fastening performance, and appearance as applicable.
• Recording and review of inspection results before products are approved for packing.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is checked to help protect products during handling, transportation, and storage. The packing method is selected according to the product structure, shipment requirements, and customer instructions. Special attention is given to fragile computer components, screens, accessories, and products supplied in multiple configurations.

• Confirmation that the correct product model, quantity, accessories, manuals, and spare parts are included.
• Inspection of protective materials, inner supports, cartons, pallets, and other packaging components.
• Verification of product labels, carton markings, shipping marks, and customer-specific identification requirements.
• Final review of appearance, configuration, packing list, and shipping documentation before dispatch.
• Secure arrangement of products to reduce the risk of movement, impact, moisture, or surface damage during transportation.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Quality information from inspections, customer feedback, service requests, and production activities is reviewed to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities. When a deviation is identified, the relevant teams evaluate the cause, define appropriate corrective actions, and follow up according to the nature of the issue.

We use this feedback to refine work instructions, strengthen process controls, improve supplier communication, and enhance inspection methods where necessary.
